Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by learners and education professionals in India. If you are under 18, you must use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Schools, coaching institutes and partners agree to these Terms through an authorised representative.

3. Scope of services

The Platform provides AI-powered learning and assessment services across the following areas, expanded over time:

• K-12 schooling — CBSE, ICSE and major State Boards (Classes 1–12).
• JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET-UG.
• CLAT and CUET (UG & PG).
• UGC NET.
• UPSC Civil Services and State PCS examinations.
• SSC, Banking (IBPS / SBI / RBI) and Railways (RRB) exams.
• Olympiads in Maths, Science, English, GK, Cyber and other recognised competitions.
• Other adjacent skill, language and aptitude tracks introduced from time to time.

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. Where this materially affects a paid plan, we will offer a pro-rata refund or equivalent credit as set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
• You must not share, sell or transfer your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account; please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, resell or publicly display our content without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, prompts or model weights.
• Use the Platform to upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or misleading content.
• Interfere with the Platform's security, integrity or availability.
• Use the Platform to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Subscriptions, payments & auto-renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you select. Where auto-renewal is enabled, your plan will renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. Taxes apply as required by Indian law. All payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full card or UPI credentials.

7. Content ownership & licence

All content on the Platform — courses, questions, explanations, AI tutor outputs, software, designs, logos and trademarks — is owned by Simplyclass Edutech Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your personal learning (or your institution's internal teaching) for the duration of your active subscription.

8. User-generated content

Where you submit content (notes, doubts, feedback, profile information), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to share such content.

9. AI-generated content disclaimer

Parts of the Platform use AI models to generate explanations, practice and feedback. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect; they are an aid to learning and not a substitute for qualified academic, legal, medical or professional advice. Always verify critical answers against authoritative sources.

10. Third-party links and integrations

The Platform may link to or integrate third-party services (Razorpay, video providers, AI model providers, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties; their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of marks, results, opportunity or data.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends; surviving terms (ownership, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (courts at Delhi). The competent courts at Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under Indian law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
