Refund Policy

1. Our approach

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a plan that doesn't match what was promised, or a technical issue we can't resolve — we will work with you in good faith to make it right.

2. Refund window

You may request a refund for a paid subscription within seven (7) days of the original purchase date, provided the plan has not been substantially used. "Substantially used" includes (but is not limited to) attempting more than 25% of the mock exams, AI tutor sessions or premium courses included in the plan.

3. Non-refundable items

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@myaischool.in from the address registered on your account, or message us on WhatsApp.
  2. Include your Razorpay payment ID (visible in the receipt email), your account email, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our support team will respond within 2 business days and confirm the next steps.

5. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay. Funds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider. We will share the Razorpay refund reference once initiated.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel auto-renewal of a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not, by itself, refund the current term. Refunds for the current term are governed by Sections 2 and 3 above.

7. Plans bought by schools, coachings or partners

For enterprise, school or institutional plans purchased via an order form or invoice, refunds are governed by the specific contract signed at the time of purchase. Where the contract is silent, this policy applies on a pro-rata basis for unused seats and unused months.

8. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please write to our Grievance Officer at the registered office (details below). We will respond within the timelines required by Indian law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India (courts at Delhi).
